ESG/SDGs Promotion Structure

We have established a Sustainability Committee, chaired by the President and composed of our full-time directors, plus the presidents and auditors of operating companies, to formulate policies related to ESG and SDGs for the Seiko Group and to smoothly carry out activities based on these policies. (In principle, the committee meets twice a year.)
