Message from Ayaka Hirahara

What a great melody! I was surprised to learn that it was composed by Chairman Hattori. And I was even more moved to hear that the lyrics were written by Seiko’s employees. It was wonderful to come across such a fantastic song.

Seiko has always valued music. Since I was a child, I’ve loved listening to the program "Sound Inn S," supervised by the late, great musician Norio Maeda. My father, saxophonist Makoto Hirahara, appeared on it, and in 2015, I had the unforgettable experience of appearing on the show together with my father and my sister AIKA.

I hope everyone at Seiko continues to take pride in their work and strives to move forward with music. I also hope that they continue to love and protect music. To support and protect music, we need the power of all music fans, not just performers.

With Seiko: Moving ahead. Touching hearts., we will always move forward together...!
