Profit Distribution

Transition of dividends
  • Transition of dividends (Per share/unit: yen)
  • (*On October 1, 2017 we carried out consolidation of shares at a rate of 1 share to 5 shares of common stock. We calculated the dividends per share based on the premise that the consolidation was performed at the start of March 2016.)

As a basic policy on profit distribution among shareholders, Seiko Holdings Corporation places emphasis on the continuation of stable dividends.
For March 2019, taking into account the consolidated performance for that period and giving consideration to the allocation of internal reserves to strengthen our management base, following our policy of providing stable dividends, we paid out dividends equal to 75 yen per share.
