In this Personal Data Protection Act Disclosure (“PDPA Disclosure”), we, Seiko Group Corporation, describe our personal data processing practices under the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). This PDPA Disclosure is addressed to the Thai residents only and was last updated March 28, 2025. This PDPA Disclosure does not reflect our processing of the Thai residents’ personal data where an exception under the PDPA applies. This PDPA Disclosure supplements our Web Site Privacy Policy (“Policy”) and prevails over any conflicting provisions in the Policy.
