Starting in fiscal year 2025, the Company will begin disclosing information in line with the TNFD framework and will continue to enhance the scope and quality of its disclosures over time.

These include protecting endangered wildlife species, implementing greening initiatives, and hosting nature observation events as part of awareness-raising efforts, all as part of a under the broader approach ofto land use that respects biodiversity.
Going forward, Seiko Group Corp. will further expand disclosures aligned with TNFD recommendations and continue to promote biodiversity conservation through its business activities, contributing to the creation of a sustainable society that coexists harmoniously with the global environment.
