Seiko Holdings donates humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Seiko Holdings Corporation (Chairman & Group CEO, CCO: Shinji Hattori; head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan; hereinafter referred to as “Seiko”) will donate a total of US$500,000 (approximately 58 million yen) to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) for humanitarian assistance to those affected in Ukraine and surrounding areas.
In addition, each company in the Seiko Holdings Group will conduct a fundraising campaign among its employees; Seiko will then match each contribution, dollar for dollar, and donate the total amount to International Committee of the Red Cross.
Seiko sincerely hopes that the extremely painful situation in this region will be resolved quickly and peace restored as soon as possible.
