In our ad "Solutions that move the heart," we express the two aspects of Seiko through the image of twin children.
From a large bag that the twins carry, they take out a light blue model representing possible solutions and also some white wooden blocks. A “building block cityscape" reminiscent of Tokyo's Ginza and centered around Seiko House shows various Seiko solutions in action. These solutions bring smiles to people’s faces.
Seiko will continue to deliver "solutions that move the heart.”
The Ginza-like cityscape that is shown in the ad was created by block artist Miharu Takagi and his team, using about 5,000 building blocks.
These blocks, which can be redesigned and rebuilt in different shapes, symbolize sustainability. This small cityscape embodies Seiko's desire for a sustainable society, something we aim to help bring about through our range of solutions.
This ad introduces some of Seiko's solutions as seen in various real-world applications, such as healthcare, child care, and shopping.

We used a special SEIKO version of MISIA’s Yubikiri Genman as the theme song for this ad. The song was re-arranged and re-recorded with an orchestra to commemorate MISIA's appointment as a Seiko Group Ambassador. This is a special version of that song, which originally became famous as the theme song for a 2024 TV drama depicting the tumultuous life of our founder, Kintaro Hattori.
MISIA wrote Yubikiri Genman while thinking about Kintaro Hattori and Seiko, and how, ever since our founding ,we have always valued people and earned their trust. Our use of this song in our advertising is our commitment to continue creating a future full of smiles through "solutions that move the heart."
