Seiko Group Sponsors “Japan Theater KABUKI Otokodate Hana No Yoshiwara by Ichikawa Danjuro XIII in Bangkok”

Seiko Group sponsored a live Kabuki performance entitled “Japan Theater KABUKI - Otokodate Hana No Yoshiwara” in Bangkok, Thailand. This was the first international performance by kabuki legend Ichikawa Danjūrō XIII, Hakuen since his succession to the famous artistic name. A total of three performances were held at Muangthai Rachadalai Theatre in Bangkok on December 13 and 14, 2025.
Ichikawa Danjūrō XIII was appointed as a Seiko Group Ambassador in 2020, and since then has been promoting the Seiko brand worldwide.
The performance showcased the unique appeal of Kabuki through its splendid stage sets, traditional musical accompaniment, and powerful acting, captivating audiences beyond language barriers.
This marked the first full-scale Kabuki performance in Thailand in 29 years, providing a valuable opportunity to convey the depth and richness of Japanese culture to a wide audience.
